Tyson Charles Haroldsen

Congratulations Lindsey & Aaron on your brand new arrival!! On February 11, 2oo9 at 7:17pm, we welcomed Tyson into the world! Weighing in at 6 lbs 1oz and measuring 17 inches long, he is the most beautiful little addition to the Haroldsen family! I know what you're thinking though... why is he only 17 inches long when Aaron is like the tallest guy ever?? Well, we thought he was going to be a little shorty too, but when Lindsey took him to his first check-up, it turns out that they measured him wrong. He is actually 19 inches! Whew... So Lindsey checked into the hospital and got all settled into the hospital and by like 4:30pm, she was already dilated to 6 centimeters and by 7pm or so, she was ready to deliver!! I swear she pushed him out in like 4 pushes or something. Talk about crazy, she made it look so easy!! Even the nurses were amazed. We were all blessed with the opportunity to be in the room when Tyson was born and it was the most incredible thing I've ever witnessed! Thank you so much Lindsey & Aaron for letting us be a part of such a special moment!! We love you guys! Okay, so a little side note - While Tyson was coming into this world, Marla was outside in the waiting room with Benjamin. Well RIGHT as Lindsey was ready to deliver, apparently Benjamin managed to fall down some stairs and Dad ran out to help and missed the birth!! It was a mess and poor little Ben had a big fat lip and a bloody nose... It was a rough day. But at least its a funny story to tell the kids later! (We still love you Marla!!) Well, here are a few shots of Tyson and one with the big brother Benjamin! Hope you enjoy him as much as I do! Look at his cute little alligators!!! What a doll :o) So much personality already! We just love him!
